We have given our Contract Templates feature a major upgrade, making it easier than ever for teams across the global YunoJuno marketplace to standardise contracts, save time and improve consistency. Since launching in 2023, clients have created over 10,000 contracts from templates. Now, with the new Templates dashboard, you can create, edit, delete and share templates directly, without needing to start from a booking.

Smarter sharing for better consistency

Hirers and Admins can now share contract templates with their teams. Only the template owner can edit it, ensuring consistency while keeping control over updates. Template details display the owner and the last updated date so everyone knows they are working from the latest version.

Find your templates fast

You will find the new Contract Templates dashboard under Templates in the main navigation (alongside Assessment Templates if you have access). From there, you can create your first template or manage your existing ones in just a few clicks.
