Enhanced Compliance Checks
Stronger compliance, greater flexibility, and a smoother onboarding experience for freelancers and clients.
We have expanded and improved the Compliance checks process in YunoJuno, enabling clients to meet complex compliance requirements while delivering a world-class user experience. These enhancements allow checks to be tailored to the specific needs of each client, making it easier to manage risk and maintain trust worldwide.

What’s new
YunoJuno now supports the following compliance check types:
- Identity report
- Credit report
- Watchlist sanctions
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) Identification
- Adverse Media Screening
- Employment history
- Employment referencing
- DBS check (basic, standard, enhanced)
- Basic Disclosure Scotland
Greater control and transparency
- Checks are now granular and can be approved, rejected, or bypassed individually
- Clients can configure, at the account level, which checks a freelancer must pass to accept a contract
- Hirers now have visibility of required checks when drafting a contract, helping to manage expectations and timelines
- Supports multiple check configurations for different projects, roles, or compliance requirements
