Timesheet page UI uplift: Now with submission dates
Reviewing, sorting and approving timesheets just got easier.
We have refreshed the Timesheet page to make it faster and more intuitive for hirers and admins across the global YunoJuno marketplace to manage submissions. With a redesigned layout, clearer details and new sorting options, it is now easier to find the timesheets that need your attention most.
Why we made these changes
- Users could not see the submission date without downloading the timesheet
- It was difficult to identify the most recently or least recently submitted timesheets at a glance
- The old card layout made scanning for timesheets needing approval more time-consuming
- The task list at the top of the page pushed the filters and list further down, making navigation harder
What’s new
- Sort by submission date: Hirers can now organise timesheets from newest to oldest or vice versa
- Redesigned timesheet cards: Submission dates are now displayed directly on the card, and the design has been updated to match the latest YunoJuno style
- Streamlined layout: The list of tasks that appeared above the filters has been removed, putting key tools front and centre
- Improved scanning: The cleaner, more consistent design helps you identify timesheets that need approval faster
