We’ve made it easier for hirers to manage their to-dos with a brand-new tasks page, designed to give greater visibility, smarter filtering and faster access to everything that needs attention. Tasks are now centralised and easier to manage, helping hirers stay organised and on top of approvals, reviews and contract actions all in one place.

Why we made this change

We wanted to make managing tasks on YunoJuno even simpler and more intuitive. The new experience gives hirers everything they need in one central place, with clear visibility across projects and accounts.

For multi-account hirers, the new tasks page brings everything together, removing the need to switch between profiles and helping you stay focused on what matters most. With enhanced filtering, sorting and account visibility, you can easily prioritise actions, track progress and stay in control of every task.

This update was designed to make task management faster, clearer and more empowering for every hirer, giving teams the confidence to keep projects moving seamlessly.

  • Dedicated tasks page: Access all your tasks from the main navigation for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.
  • Powerful filters: Easily filter tasks by category, such as timesheet reviews, contract management or freelancer reviews.
  • Sorting options: Sort tasks by priority, newest or oldest to focus on what matters most.
  • Multi-account visibility: View tasks across all accounts in a single location, with the ability to select which accounts you want to include.
  • Cross-account insights: Each task card now displays which account it belongs to, helping you stay organised when managing multiple teams.
  • Smart warnings: When opening a task from a different account, you’ll receive a clear notification to avoid confusion, with the option to dismiss it permanently.
  • Persistent filters: Your selected filters remain in place as you move between accounts, ensuring a seamless, consistent experience.
