The In-platform Approvals feature is now live, giving approvers with hirer accounts the ability to view, track and complete approvals directly within the platform. This update makes it easier for high-volume approvers to stay organised, take action quickly, and keep a clear history of all approvals, all without relying solely on email.
Why we made this change
Previously, approvals were handled entirely through email, which could make tracking and managing multiple requests challenging, especially for global teams working at scale. With this update, approvals are centralised and visible in one place, reducing inbox overload and improving transparency.
What’s new
- Centralised approvals list: View all approvals relevant to your hirer account in one in-platform dashboard
- Action tracking: See which approvals require your attention, which are awaiting others, and which have been completed
- Dual workflow options: Continue to approve via email, use the in-platform view, or combine both methods
- Approval history: Maintain a clear, searchable record of all approvals on YunoJuno
How it works
- Any approver with a hirer account is now automatically linked to their approvals in-platform
- All clients using approvals on YunoJuno have in-platform support enabled automatically
- Approvals can be managed entirely in-platform, via email, or through a combination of both for maximum flexibility
