How this was achieved:
Through direct sourcing within YunoJuno’s marketplace, Havas gained access to a wider, vetted, elite talent pool of freelancers. Havas can now find and hire talent in a matter of hours instead of weeks, significantly reducing their time to hire. With direct access to YunoJuno’s expert sourcing team, alongside a dedicated account team, Havas is now able to maintain a consistent pipeline of roles removing hiring pressures off their internal team.
YunoJuno’s onboarding process ensured all freelancers flow through one single point within the platform with automated right to work and identity checks. Screenings and interviews are conducted and arranged by YunoJuno, with all candidates experiencing a personal concierge-style service, further lifting admin pressures off the Havas team. With automated compliance workflows in place, Havas can now be confident that all workers are classified correctly without the need for heavy oversight or controls.
By standardising terms and conditions across all third parties, YunoJuno were able to ensure set commercial terms were rigorously upheld for Havas. Recruiter ownership periods were tracked and terminated where required, removing the reliance on external resources and saving Havas significant monthly savings. As a result of this work, the Havas team now have full transparency over third party spend, in one consolidated view within YunoJuno’s platform.
