Strategy & Operations Associate

The Strategy & Operations Associate reports into the COO, and is key in  supporting  YJ in its growth and expansion by executing on opportunities to improve (or radically change) our operating model in a scalable and pragmatic fashion.

• Support our rapidly expanding Freelancer Management System and Marketplace solutions to help our clients and freelancers to work from anywhere.
• Drive commercial model & Operational excellence by working closely with leaders to analyse our commercial performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support to identify strategic partnerships and work with external partners to achieve YunoJuno’s growth and operational objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders from across the organisation including Product, Sales, Finance, Platform Success, Community, Operations and Marketing teams to support.

• Relevant experience in Consulting or a strategy-related function.
• Self- motivated  and proactive, can take initiative and are comfortable scoping, driving and executing on multiple initiatives.
• Adept conducting 80/20 analysis, drawing out business insights and presenting finding and recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Solid Excel and  modelling skills.
• Effective PowerPoint or Google Presentation skills in terms of speed and quality of output.
• Experience building relationships and interacting with people.
• Fluency in English.
