Job description

This is an exciting time to join the YunoJuno Sales team. We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional to drive, create and measure scalable Sales Enablement and Training programs that contribute to the performance of the Sales Team growing at a fast pace.

Job duties

  • Own the Commercial Teams’ Sales training programs ensuring constant development and coaching through all aspects of the sales process.
  • Responsible for the development of a robust Sales competency frame work that service the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that selling teams are measured against the framework and tailored training plans are implemented.
  • Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems,Sales Force, Sales Loft, Zoom info and Linkedin Sales Nav is a plus.
  • Measure the impact of Enablement solutions and pivot (or continue) based on results.
  • Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, financing and tools needed to support sales people throughout the buyer’s journey.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, ideally in a global fast-growing,B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up.
  • Proven success in coaching, training facilitation, design and delivery.
  • Excellent project management outcome oriented skills.
  • High degree of ownership to execute programs that result in improved sales performance.
  • Creative solution oriented who enjoys a high pace environment that continuously challenges you.
  • Experience with G-Suite and implementation/ optimisation of modern sales tech stack - Sales Force is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex information in a format appropriate to the audience.
  • Self-starter and proactive, can take initiative and are comfortable scoping, driving and executing on initiatives.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Any experience in tech, marketplaces or recruitment industry is a plus.

The YJ Sales team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The various team focuses on driving new business of our freelance management system.

The teams are focused on identifying customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile through to selling the solution before bringing in the Account Management team.

The team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bugged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep both parties awake at night.
