Job description

We are looking for an Account Exec to help us win new business.

You’ll be joining our growing sales team and will work closely with the other internal client-facing teams.

You will have responsibility for selling our freelance management system to new companies brought to you via our Inbound and Outbound sales and marketing channels.

We are a fast-growth company: if you're successful in your role there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility as we grow in the years to come.

Job duties

  • Hold meetings set by SDR’s and nurture a couple of deals from a standing start.
  • Manager deals end to end, with the support of an SDR, focusing on new logos.
  • Be aware of market trends and attend events/conferences where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieve targets in line with pipeline building expectations, to ensure appropriate ramp up to target revenue.
  • Ensure client has positive interactions throughout to maximise the chances of a long relationship.
  • Achieve revenue targets for new business.
  • Create new relationships and close new business throughout each organisation.
  • Tracking all critical activities & ensuring a deep understanding of the status of a deal at every stage of the process.
  • Effectively advise & influence customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Close deals inline with realistic target expectations.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in selling a SaaS solution.
  • HR or Legal background would be advantageous as we are selling a compliance tool as
    much as a management solution.
  • Ability to quickly understand and empathise with the pain points a potential customer
    is experiencing and articulate why YunoJuno is the right solution for them.
  • A commercial instinct and ability to hit and exceed targets.
  • A compelling content crafter. Written and verbal communication skills are essential to
    entice our customers. You are a great listener and communicator.
  • A team player, has a can-do attitude and a bias towards action.
  • Have ambition and enthusiasm, coupled with a desire to win.

The YJ Sales team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The various team focuses on driving new business of our freelance management system.

The teams are focused on identifying customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile through to selling the solution before bringing in the Account Management team.

The team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bugged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep both parties awake at night.
