Product Manager – Freelance Management (Enterprise)

The Product team is responsible for design, implementation & operation of the YunoJuno Platform. It’s made up of product management, design, UX and development, working in close collaboration across multiple workstreams.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the next phase of YunoJuno’s Freelance Management platform for our Enterprise customers, who rely on YunoJuno to help them manage their workforce.

Reporting to the CPO, you will:‍

• Own the product roadmap and prioritise delivery in line with the company-wide OKR process
• Work closely with external stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that we are collaborating effectively
• Gather user feedback (NPS, surveys, direct feedback) and derive insights
• Manage the launch and rollout of new features
• Play a key role in the overall product strategy and ensure that we are focused on the right outcomes
  

• Proven Product Management experience
• A good understanding of user research and the methodologies involved (quant v. qual, Kano etc.)
• Good working knowledge of current website analytics tools
• Comfortable with raw data (PivotTables essential, SQL not expected, but highly desirable)
• Demonstrable ability to derive product insights from data / analytics
• User-focused in their approach and empathetic towards user problems
