Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Manager with a solid understanding of how data and automation can power Growth.

It is an exciting opportunity for a confident self-starter who is keen to get hands-on in a fast-growing, super-friendly team.

Reporting into the Head of Growth, the ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in Marketing Automation (Hubspot is a plus!), enjoys owning cross-channel campaigns from start to finish and has a desire to grow their knowledge and skillset in a fast-paced, yet very supportive environment.

Job duties

  • Own the day-to-day operational aspects of B2B Marketing campaigns including lead generation, e-mail flows, landing page implementation and on platform optimisation.
  • Manage Marketing reporting to track campaign performance and ROI as well as sharing insights to inform next testing.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure there’s consistency across data and feedback capturing and have a single view of the full funnel.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and correct any lead flow and attribution issues between channels.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns with marketing automation platforms. Hubspot is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a Marketing or CRM role, focused on technology and campaign management. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • B2B, SaaS or Tech background.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of objective-driven marketing and how to prioritise tasks accordingly.
  • Understanding of A/B testing framework and its implementation.
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams (Sales, Product and Marketing) with a real team player approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Knowledge of workflow management tools. Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinker and comfortable with building dashboards for various stakeholders. Heap is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and/or any paid advertising channels (Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager and Google Ads) desirable but not essential.
