YunoJuno is growing and our Sales team are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team that will build accounts and fill briefs for the UKs most forward thinking companies, and some of the world’s biggest brands.

We are looking for an experienced manager/team leader to lead a high potential team and support the VP of Sales on growing this team and making it a success.

Job duties

  • Day-to-day management, supporting strategic development across account development/sales and filling briefs from our new clients, whilst delivering on a number of core objectives yourself.
  • Create team KPIs and goal and motivate them daily to exceed these
  • Be data-driven and support the team on designing and delivering business development strategies as you lead from the front in breaking into new clients
  • Identify areas for development, and guide the team through their career paths
  • Report back to leadership on progress, provide ideas for growth of accounts and development of the team
  • Establish active communication and engagement with other departments in YunoJuno
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience of leading a successful recruitment team, creating goals and monitoring sales/placement performance
  • Background of proven 360 recruitment success - and an expert in managing stakeholders and translating briefs
  • Some knowledge of tech / creative industry ( as most of our freelancer community are in that space)
  • A talent professional who is looking to make a move into a tech scale up career
  • Be a self starter, driven and entrepreneurial
  • Tenacious and personable, with a real ability to listen and articulate relevant solutions
  • Any knowledge of MSP, RPO would be ideal

The YJ Sales team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The various team focuses on driving new business of our freelance management system.

The teams are focused on identifying customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile through to selling the solution before bringing in the Account Management team.

The team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bugged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep both parties awake at night.
