A unique opportunity to join the YunoJuno sales team for experienced Account Managers is now available.  We are looking for someone who can maintain and grow our client accounts - using their stakeholder relationship skills to develop new clients using the YunoJuno freelancer platform.

Job duties

  • During your day to day you will be laser focused on growing client relationships, proactively speaking with existing users, in order to obtain new briefs, and unearth new users, with the aim at all times to develop clients relationships and grow revenue month to month.
  • You will use a multichannel approach including, phone calls, email and Linkedin to reach new users from your client base who currently don't know the offer from YunoJuno.
  • You will give visibility to the wider team by documenting your progress using our internal CRM system, as well as reporting on results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • You will work very closely with our internal talent team to close your clients briefs.
  • You will have a true interest in learning how technology can change the way businesses work.

Knowledge and Skills

We are looking for an individual who has between 2-5 years worth of experience in client facing roles, has worked in a fast moving organisation, growing revenue month on month across a client portfolio.

You will preferably have experience working in the HR/Recruitment, or tech space, and be able to demonstrate a commercial instinct and ability to hit and exceed targets.

  • Ability to quickly understand and empathise with the pain points a potential customer is experiencing and articulate why YunoJuno is the right solution for them.
  • Capable of building and presenting business cases.
  • Solution oriented sales approach.
  • Great relationship management.
  • A strategic thinker and curious analyst.
  • A team player, has a can-do attitude and a bias towards proactive action.
  • Have ambition and enthusiasm, coupled with a desire to learn the sales process from start to finish.

The YJ Sales team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The various team focuses on driving new business of our freelance management system.

The teams are focused on identifying customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile through to selling the solution before bringing in the Account Management team.

The team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bugged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep both parties awake at night.
