YunoJuno’s Sales team is looking for a high-performing customer services individual to deliver a first-class onboarding and first brief conversion experience to our identified high-value clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really shape what excellence looks like in this department, with the opportunity to scale and lead a team once proven success is achieved.
This is a great opportunity for someone to really make an impact on YunoJuno's new business revenue stream. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

Job duties

  • During your day-to-day you will be laser-focused on engaging with newly registered clients, understanding their requirements in order to obtain their brief, matching the best talent, and creating urgency to close.
  • You will use a multichannel approach including, phone calls, email and Linkedin to drive client engagement and drive continued client conversion.
  • You will give visibility to the wider team by documenting your progress using our internal CRM system, as well as reporting on results on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • You will work very closely with our internal talent team to close your clients briefs.
  • You will have a true interest in learning how technology can change the way businesses work.

Knowledge and Skills

We are looking for an individual who has over 1 years experience in a client-facing sales role within a fast-moving start-up organisation, demonstrating month-on-month revenue growth and continued success.

You will preferably have experience working in the HR/Recruitment, or tech space, and be able to demonstrate a commercial instinct and ability to hit and exceed targets.

  • Ability to quickly understand and empathise with the pain points a potential customer is experiencing and articulate why YunoJuno is the right solution for them.
  • Capable of crafting and communicating effective communications.
  • Solution oriented sales approach.
  • Great relationship management.
  • A strategic thinker and curious analyst.
  • A team player, has a can-do attitude and a bias towards proactive action to work to internal SLA’s (example, contact clients within 5-10 mins of contact).
  • Have ambition and enthusiasm, coupled with a desire to learn the sales process from start to finish.

The YJ Sales & Onboarding team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The team is focused on driving new business for our freelance management system.

The Sales team is a crucial part of the commercial division. Researching and identifying new potential customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile.

The Sales team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bogged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep everyone awake at night.
