Job description

YunoJuno’s Sales team is looking for a high-performing customer services individual to deliver a first-class onboarding and first brief conversion experience to our identified high-value clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really shape what excellence looks like in this department, with the opportunity to scale and lead a team once proven success is achieved.

This is a great opportunity for someone to really make an impact on YunoJuno's new business revenue stream. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

Job duties

  • Identify high-value clients from our inbound channel.
  • Deliver first-class customer service.
  • Establish active communication with clients via phone, email, LinkedIn and other means when required.
  • Ensure continued development of our processes to enable a best in class experience to our high value clients.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with other departments in YunoJuno.
  • One key focus on the conversion of new high value clients.
  • Hand over converted clients to our Growth Account Management team.

  • Be a self-starter, driven and entrepreneurial.
  • Tenacious and personable, with a real ability to listen and articulate relevant solutions.
  • The ability to put yourself in the client's shoes to create urgency and convert the client.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence.

The YJ Sales team is driving the growth of YunoJuno.

The various team focuses on driving new business of our freelance management system.

The teams are focused on identifying customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile through to selling the solution before bringing in the Account Management team.

The team has a goal to not just sell, but to educate the addressable market to ensure both clients and freelancers can concentrate on working with one another and not get bugged down with the admin, compliance, contractual, financial issues that can keep both parties awake at night.
